mrphipps.jpg@ChristoPhipps is my hero – while i was taking the family on a little jaunt to a NorCal beach, he was out there Twittering the results live from SF! Exciting stuff…definitely a friend you want to have if you Twitter.

Mary Ellen Ash proved she’s still got a killer sprint and took the Women’s race, while Jane Despas glided in for second which should put her in the overall lead of the series.

FABRICE – took the Men’s race from two pro-like gentlemen.  You have to admit, he may be French but le homme can ride an American crit like nobody’s business.  If only he had showed up for a few more races, my men’s predictions might have come true …sigh… Why must the French always disappoint me.

From the looks of it, this weekend’s results should leave the CalCup leader Gil Andres in place, with Evan Huffman close behind.I’ll update when I can get my hands on the official VeloPromo file.
