If you haven’t jumped on the bandwagon of beet juicing for better performance, listen to Allen Lim’s video below!

Check out Tom Boonen drinking his beet juice for breakfast!

    Allen Lim’s Beet Juice

This last week’s TDF is about characters played out by Peter Sagan in his winning salute.  If you haven’t seen Peter Sagan’s Forest Gump move, you are missing a lot!  Followed by his Incredible Hulk move after beating Greipel in Stage 6.  Greipel joined in, well not really but twitters have been comparing him to Bowser from Mario video game by Nintendo.  Glad to be of service to a very intelligent and informative going ons in the Tour de France this week…sigh.

Peter Sagan is just too cool!

    Score for Bowser!

Do you think these guys drink their beet juice personally hand juiced by Dr. Allen Lim?

Fast forward to yesterday’s stage.  Wiggins got yellow and Cadel right there.  No surprise.  Froome won the stage which is a great victory for Team Sky.  It shows that Team Sky have their act together and is very focused on getting a Brit bring home the yellow jersey – right in time before the Olympics in London.

Did you miss any of the stage coverage or highlights?  Don’t worry, check these myriads of stage coverage from CyclingFans.  Crashes, silly interviews, serious interviews, coverages and highlights in English, Dutch, German and French  You just can’t get enough of the Tour de France.  How about #TDF on twitter?  Great videos of Horner’s TDF diary is worth definitely to check.  It’s honest and good interview.  Skip Tour Talk with Frankie Andreu and James Startt…sorry but it’s horrid!

Going on to today’s stage…same guys up in the front.  GC contenders all up there except not so sure what happened to Levi.  But that can change tomorrow, maybe.  How about a Frenchman named Pinot winning the stage today eh?  That should stop all the French press hounding about a French victory.  Today, it was glorious for the French people.  The DS in the car showed deep emotions cheering with a lot of soul and heart to get Pinot to go faster to the finish.  A nice victory for the French.

    Moving on…

Right about now, you should really think about beet juicing.  You just cannot let it go.  Just gotta have what makes every bike racer faster and more efficient on the bike.  Red pee is the name of the game.  Winning!

Tomorrow is the time trial before a rest day.  Since racers aren’t having a tough time sleeping, this time trial will really improve insomnia on rest day.  They are pros.  They can handle it.  Week one is over and crashfest must subside as TDF heads to the mountains where skinny racers rule!

Wiggins is super strong as well as Cadel.  Those two eccentric personalities will be to watch.  But wait…Menchov.  Menchov is low-key but is doing really well in the tour so far.  Menchov can time trial.  As far as Trek/Shack team, they had 4 guys up in the lead group today but without Kloden.  Horner keeping a good pace for Zubaldia but time trial is not his forte.

    Tomorrow is Spartacus day…

You know you want that beet juice!
