NorCal Cycling News – Cycling and Racing in Northern California

There will be lots of buzz this week about the Testarossa Velodrome Challenge as the event heats up.  It always draws the best west coast track talent and then it will pull in some of the goons from T-Town and other track gangs across the US.  Like the races put on by Project Sport (San Raphael Crit, Pitt Crit, etc) the party atmosphere has become as big of a part of the TVC as the actual racing.

This year there are two levels of the party train.  Fixed Gear specialists IMINUSD and the Tied House will be offering refreshments in the circle outside the velodrome boards.  Special guests can enjoy food and drink from Testarossa Vineyard in the VIP area which will be located in the infield.   It is hard to get VIP tickets.  Really hard.  Testarossa is an uber-fancy vineyard and getting treated to a Testarossa party is a hot ticket, one that even Phil and Paul take up when they come into town for the Tour of Califronia.  It is with great pleasure that I announce I have four VIP tickets to give away.  So let’s try something new here…

Here are the rules….

I’m not sure if i’m going to give away a pair of two or four tickets… so you will have to leave that to fate ie… my whim.

3. DO IT NOW! Wednesday afternoon I’ll pick some recipients.  It might be random, it might be the best sob story.  It also just might to go my mom cause i like to live my life like a corrupt politician… not sure.

4. #WINNING! Yeah… Charlie Sheen is out but I think “WINNING” is a catch phrase for the ages. Once i pick out the recipients I will contact you to set up the sending/pickup scenario.
